Oysters Menorca in Mallorca is set on a sea-view terrace within the pool area of Hotel Maricel by Hospes, one of the island's most celebrated luxury hotels, perched at the edge of the Mediterranean in Cas Català. The restaurant is entirely outdoors, open to the sky and the sea.

The menu is built around fresh oysters from Normandy, Ireland, Portugal, and the Netherlands, alongside Benoît Osetra Imperial caviar, lobster sashimi, Balfegó tuna tartare, red prawn carpaccio, king crab leg, and a seafood tower to share. Caviar runs throughout: in pasta, on homemade fries, in a blini tower, and added to any dish on request. The drinks list centres on champagne and natural wines chosen to pair with the sea.
