Oysters Menorca in Mahón is the original location - the oyster bar that started the concept, set in the historic centre of Maó on Carrer de Bastió on the island of Menorca. Built around origin, seasonality, and respect for the product, it offers a relaxed Mediterranean setting shaped by the rhythm of island life.

The menu places oysters at the centre, alongside Benoît Osetra Imperial caviar, a blini tower with caviar, ikura, and smoked eel, prawn brioche, king crab brioche, caviar pasta, cockle pasta, and Balfegó tuna tartare. Shellfish runs to king crab, tiger prawns, camarones, and whelks.
